brieflyko operates this commercial website as a professional resource dedicated to studio production in motion. By accessing or using any part of the site you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept them you must leave the site immediately. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility and permitted use

Users must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under UK law. Access is granted solely for lawful professional or educational purposes related to studio equipment setup, camera operation, lighting, sound and live production workflows. You may view, download and print limited excerpts for personal non-commercial reference provided you do not remove any copyright notices or alter the material.

Prohibited conduct

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the site’s security, transmit malware, scrape content at scale, or use the site to promote competing services. Harassment, defamation, infringement of third-party rights or any activity that could damage brieflyko’s reputation is forbidden. If any provision is found to be unenforceable the remaining terms continue in full force.
